International experience with a personal approach

Moly is led by Yaiza Cardo Ramírez, whose career spans more than 15 years in international hospitality, with much of that experience gained in luxury hotels.

Her work has taken her through the Maldives, Puerto Rico and Dubai. She spent nearly a decade leading marketing and communications teams at Marriott hotels, before managing communications for properties across Europe and the Americas from Minor’s headquarters in Madrid.

She has been part of pre-opening teams for hotels of up to 500 rooms, built marketing teams and supported properties through repositioning and periods of change.

That experience brings a practical understanding of hotel life: the relationship between commercial ambition and daily operations, the demands on each team and the importance of delivering what guests have been promised.

At Moly, Yaiza works closely with owners, general managers and marketing teams. She offers clear advice, shares her experience and brings together specialist expertise where it is needed. The relationship is personal, with room for questions, honest conversations and considered decisions.

MOLY, the name

We chose MOLY because…

MOLY is the name of the plant that Odiseo gave to Hermes to protect himself from the god Circe and her enchantments. Nowadays, we are charmed with social media platforms and its influencers so MOLY could give us a bit of clarity to identify our key holders.
